The volcanic soils, unique to this region, have safeguarded many vines from the phylloxera scourge, allowing them to thrive on their original rootstock. Referred to as a 'magical' climate, the combination of altitude and cold winds off the mountain, contrast Siciliy's typically warm climate. This, combined with the distinct soils, bestow an elegance and character upon the wines. The natural expression of the territory reveals itself in each bottle, and is truly not to be missed!

Alberto Aiello Graci, the passionate owner of Graci, is dedicated to preserving local traditions and honouring the unique qualities of each vintage. an area where viticulture goes back several thousand years. He cultivates only traditional varieties indigenous to Mount Etna, employing minimal intervention in both the vineyard and the cellar. The wines undergo spontaneous fermentation and are unfiltered, reflecting the true essence of their origins. Alberto's commitment to his region is further evidenced by his role as Vice President of the Etna Consorzio. Offering an authentic introduction to Mount Etna's remarkable winemaking heritage, blending tradition with a deep respect for nature's influence.
