Tasting Notes: Dry white wine with a straw yellow color. On the nose notes of citrus, cooked apple, almond. Mineral flavor and good acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: Grapes are softly pressed after destalking. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Maceration for some hours. Aged for some months in stainless steel until bottling.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in Val di Mezzane in Verone, about 250m above sea level.
