The wine undergoes fermentation in 30 hl stainless steel vats to optimize parcellar selection, utilizing semi-carbonic maceration to intensify the fruity aromas. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22-23°C, with macro-oxygenation, followed by battonage. It is then aged in cement amphorae, which provide natural oxygenation, enhancing the minerality of the wine. The wine is refined in bottle for a minimum of 4 months to achieve its full character.

The vineyard spans a surface area of 5.17 hectares, located in the Montecucco production area. The soil is a clay mix, rich in skeleton, which contributes to the unique character of the wine. The planting density ranges from 8,000 to 20,000 stocks per hectare, ensuring optimal vine growth and fruit quality.
