Tasting Notes: A dry, spicy white, with myrrh, anise and allspice notes running through the flavors of Golden Delicious apple, fig and green melon. This is backed by acidity, beautifully balanced, with incredible structure.

Ageing/Vinification: 4 day maceration, fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 11 months ageing in barrique, refining in stainless steel for 10 months, and then aged in bottle for an additional 12 months.

Vineyard: Cultivation zone: Oslavia, Gorizia. Elevation: 180 meters above sea level. Aspect: North east and south west. Soil type: Predominantly clay and marn.
