Tasting Notes: A beer of Nordic tradition, and its rich bouquet is the result of a careful selection of malts, the perfect hop balance, and the use of spices such as vanilla, ginger, cardamom, coriander, and sweet orange peels. The richness of the ingredients gives it an aromatic and complex flavor. It pairs very well with classic baked spiced sweets, chocolate, almond pastries, and is excellent as a digestive after a meal.

Ageing/Vinification: Top fermentation

Vineyard: The facility where Birra Follina is produced is a restored example of industrial archaeology. Located along the banks of the River Soligo in Veneto, the building has been completely renovated internally, while preserving the industrial architecture of the 1970s.
