Tasting Notes: Medium garnet with aromas of pomegranate, blood orange and forest floor. A palate balanced by dried herb flavours, this thirst-quenching rosato drinks like a red, with beautiful texture and depth.

Ageing/Vinification: A maceration of about 12/18 hours, followed by fermentation in stinless steel. Aged 6 months in cement and stainless steel

Vineyard: Vineyards in the village of Faro Superiore & Curcuraci - Messina, located in north Sicily, about 250m to 300m above sea level. Soil consists of medium-texture, characterized by clayey layers and calcareous tuff.
