Vinification

Produced from bush vines over 80 years old, planted on clayey and calcareous soils. After 20 to 40 days of maceration on the skins and 24 months of aging in both oak and cement, the wine rests for six months in the bottle, fully expressing the authentic soul of the Messina territory.

Vineyard

The vineyards are distributed over three plots totaling nearly three hectares, are situated on picturesque terraces at an altitude of 250-300 meters above sea level. Surrounded by a forest of ancient oaks and chestnuts, these vineyards form a natural "amphitheater" overlooking the Strait of Messina, where the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea meet.
