Bordiga Pink Gin Rosa

Bordiga Pink Gin (42% ABV) combines the boldness of juniper with the delicate sweetness of rosebuds. Perfume: delicate bouquet of rose and citrus. Taste: fresh and round, with a persistent fragrant finish. Best served chilled at 4–8°C.

PINK NEGRONI
Ingredients

3 cl red/white vermouth
3 cl Bordiga Aperitivo
3 cl Rosa Gin Bordiga
A few drops of lavender tincture

Preparation
Chill a tumbler. Add ice and all ingredients to a shaker. Perform the “throwing” technique 4–5 times to chill. Strain into the tumbler, add lavender tincture, garnish, and serve.
