Tasting Notes: Intense, fragrant aromas with hints of blackberries and blackcurrants, rose tea and violets. The palate is also Intense, with light tannins, and good persistence.

Ageing/Vinification: After the grapestalk are removed the wine is put to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 10 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation in wood in spring time. Ageing 6 month in barrels of french wood.

Vineyard: Vineyards Vines are located on high Piemonte in Bogogno. Vines were planted in 2000, with sud east/sud west exposure, about 300m above sea level on soild which contains acid ph, clay, and sand.
