Tasting Notes: Black cherry and plum flavours with subtle hints of vanilla and herbs. It is is smooth and rounded with firm, yet soft, tannins. It is well-structured body with excellent balance.

Ageing/Vinification: Stainless steel vinification, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel entirely malolactic fermentation carried out in barriques.

Vineyard: Grapes grown in the Monteroduni area, which is about 10h and 273m above sea level. Medium textured soil, mainly clay.
