This rosè comes from white vinification of Aglianico red grapes harvested around ten days before we normally do for Aglianico red wines. This gives higher acidity, freshness and lower alcohol level. I would say this is a typical “rosé from the South” for its structure and soul. Wide range of pairings with frying, shellfish and white meat.

Handmade berries selection, short skin contact and soft pressing. Controlled temperature clarification and fermentation, selected yeasts. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 months in stainless steel (3 months batonnage)

Vineyards are located in the town of Solopaca and they are about 100m above sea level with east / west exposure on sandy soil.
