Ageing/Vinification: The 25 to 30-year-old vines are cultivated using the traditional Valdaostan Pergola method, suited to the region's mountainous terrain, with hand-harvested grapes collected between October 8 and 15 to ensure optimal ripeness.

Vineyard: The vineyards are situated at around 350 meters in altitude, with sandy, gravel-rich soils that contribute to its mineral nuances.
