Tasting Notes: Dark fruit aromas that are earthy and spicy. It has nice minerality and complexity, a good structure, terrific balance and persistency.

Ageing/Vinification: Maceration and fermentation for 15-20 days in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Aged 26 months in 70% Slavonian oak casks and 30% French oak tonneaux (mostly used, up to 8 years old)

Vineyard: Located in the Neive zone, 350m above sea level from 3 ha plot of 25-55-year-old, southwest-facing Nebbiolo vines. Planted in calcareous soil in the Serraboella cru.
