Tasting Notes: Aromas of strawberries, cherries and roses. On the palate, strawberry and crushed cherries, strong tannins, good acidity and a lovely floral ending. Fresh, lively and complex.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermented for 20 days with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Transferred to large Slavonian oak cask for 5 months of aging.

Vineyard: 20 YO vines, about 350m above sea level with south west exposure in Bricco di Neive cru.
