Tasting Notes: This is a a unique orange wine with flavours of exotic fruits, honey, and citrus zest. The palate is smooth and fresh, with a pleasing saltiness and mineral depth.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermented in cement not vitrified pyramid- shaped tank with indigenous yeasts at Cellar temperatures. About 40 days for fermentation and maceration on the skins. The wine remain in cement until malolactic fermentation and complete decantation of the noble lees follow bottling without fining and filtration.

Vineyard: Bine Longhe vineyards located in the Valley of Mezzane. Vineyard is only 0.7h, 350n above sea level with south exposure on medium textured calcerous soil.
