Vinification

Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and crushed before undergoing traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for approximately six months in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic character.

Vineyard

The vineyards are located in Castagnole Monferrato, Piedmont, on dry, limestone-rich soils. Organic farming practices help preserve the natural character of the Ruchè grape and its terroir.
