Tasting Notes: A ruby colour that deepens to garnet with a complex range of scents that linger and balance out the intense red fruits. A dry, balanced palate with good alcohol and long finish.

Ageing/Vinification: 30% destemmed grqpes and 70% whole cluster, mqcerqtion for 10/12 dqys performing punch down operations 3 times a day at a controlled temperature of 28/30 C°. Aged in barrique for15/18 months, 12 months in the bottle.

Vineyard: Vigna Tzeriat is found on the mountainside, with an inclination of 70% to 80%, between 600 and 850m above sea level where a pronounced thermal excursion guarantees an excellent quality grape to harvest. South / south west exposure on soil that contains sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm) with an abundance of stone residue.
