Tasting Notes: This Fumin shows deep ruby ​​with violet reflections and characteristic fruity-balsamic notes. Structured and balanced palate of dusty black fruit, spice and tobacco.

Ageing/Vinification: Between 20 and 24 days of maceration. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Followed by 2 months in stainless steel, and at least 1 month in bottle.

Vineyard: The vineyards are located on the Aosta hill in Cossan and at the foot hill in La Rochère. Between 580 and 660m above sea level, south facing on soil that contains rock fragments and a sandy loam texture.
