Greco is one of Campania’s signature white grapes: naturally high in acidity, structured, mineral and remarkably age-worthy. At Capolino Perlingieri, Vento is released only after at least one year of bottle ageing, allowing the wine to develop greater depth and complexity.

Bright and mineral in its youth, with notes of citrus, ripe apricot, white flowers and almond. With age, it becomes richer and more layered, developing honeyed notes, subtle petrol and a savoury, almost red-wine-like depth.

A versatile food wine, Vento pairs beautifully with grilled or fried seafood, creamy risottos, pasta with rich sauces, roast chicken, pork, grilled vegetables and medium-aged cheeses. Its vibrant acidity keeps richer dishes fresh, while its structure gives it the weight to stand up to more substantial flavours.
