Ageing/Vinification: Temperature-controlled, long fermentation in stainless steel. 5 months ageing in steel, 12 months in French oak followed by 4 months in bottle before release.

Vineyard: 100h located 20 km north of the town Crotone. The vineyards are irrigated by the Viravo river and caressed by the breezes of the Ionian Sea.
