On the palate it’s medium-bodied, vibrant and precise, with firm yet well-integrated tannins and bright acidity. Mineral and savoury on the finish, with excellent length and finesse.

The grapes come from steep hillside vineyards in Alto Piemonte, within the Coste della Sesia area. Soils are predominantly porphyry and volcanic in origin, contributing freshness and a distinctive mineral backbone. Cooler alpine influences and significant day–night temperature variation allow for slow, even ripening, preserving aromatics and acidity.
