Vinification

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel to preserve the purity of fruit and terroir expression. Aged briefly in steel and bottle, with no oak influence, to highlight freshness and minerality.

Vineyard

Sourced from old, ungrafted vines grown on sandy volcanic soils in the Campi Flegrei area west of Naples. The vines, trained in the traditional pergola system, are rooted in soils of ancient ash and pumice that give the wine its hallmark savoury, mineral character.
