Tasting Notes: A stunning dry and bright rosé with hints of wild strawberry, rhubarb, and watermelon. The bouquet is dominated by floral notes and an underlying minerality- this is a big wine with a long finish.

Ageing/Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked from selected plots only. Fermentation occurs in a combination of steel barrels (90%) and used barrique barrels (10%). No malolactic. Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel.

Vineyard: Soil composed by yellow sands and vulcanic originated porfiric sand with a red/orange colour.
