Tasting Notes: Great complexity and finesse; the wine shows elegant notes of ripe plums and licorice well harmonized. The palate is full, richly structured and harmonious, with flavours that linger.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks with controlled temperature for 25 days. Submersed-cap maceration for others 25 days. Aged in 25hl oak barrels of Austria and 12 months in bottle

Vineyard: The grapes come exclusively from its own vineyards, located in the municipality of Roddi (Bricco Ambrogio) .
