Tasting Notes: The wine has a deep garnet red color, with a bouquet of violet, rose, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla.

Ageing/Vinification: The grapes are manually harvested into 20 kg boxes and undergo vinification in stainless steel. The maceration on the skins lasts for 10 days, with délestage and punch downs. Malolactic fermentation is completed naturally in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.

Vineyard: The wine has a beautiful, mineral core derived from the volcanic soils where the vines are planted, offering a pure Nebbiolo with an exceptional balance.
