Vinification

The grapes are manually harvested into 20 kg boxes and undergo vinification in stainless steel. The maceration on the skins lasts for 10 days, with délestage and punch downs. Malolactic fermentation is completed naturally in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.
