Vinification

It's made as a traditional Oslavia-style orange wine. A blend of Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Malvasia, and Pinot Grigio, fermented with extended skin contact (about 30 days) in conical oak vats using only native yeasts, followed by aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for several years before bottling.

Vineyard

The grapes come from old hillside vineyards in Oslavia (Collio, Friuli Venezia Giulia), planted on the region’s typical “ponca” soil—a mix of marl and sandstone that gives the wine its marked minerality and structure.
