Ticket for Il Gusto Del Vino: Across the Italian Alps

This winter, Il Gusto del Vino take a trip across the Italian Alps, from Monte Bianco to the Dolomites.

Our opening theme looks north to celebrate the landscapes and wines shaped by altitude, a tribute to the regions taking centre stage as Italy prepares to host the Winter Olympics.

Alpine wines are defined by their environment. High elevations, dramatic temperature shifts, and rugged terrain give us wines that are vibrant, precise, and deeply expressive of place. They offer us freshness, elegance and a distinct sense of origin.

Brave the cold and join us at La Bettola di Terroni on Monday, February 23, for an evening of hearty dishes reminiscent of a high altitude Rifugio, paired with a fantastic lineup of wines from Valle d’Aosta, Valtellina and Trentino-Alto Adige.
