
Ticket for Il Gusto Del Vino: Emilia-Romagna with San Patrignano
Our signature wine dinner series returns!
This time, we’re celebrating the home of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and balsamic vinegar, while focusing on a very special winery.
We’re honoured to be joined by Luca De Marco of San Patrignano, who will pour and host the evening, guiding us through the wines and the powerful story behind the estate. More than just a winery, San Patrignano is a social enterprise founded as a therapeutic community for individuals recovering from addiction, using viticulture as a vehicle for both excellence and transformation.
To complement the wines, Bettola Chef Constantino Guzzo has collaborated with Terroni Chef Fabio Morro, a native to the region, to craft a thoughtful, regionally inspired menu that reflects the depth and richness of Emilia-Romagna.
Notes: This event will have communal seating. The ticket price is inclusive of tax and gratuity.
