The evening will be hosted by our very own Sommelier Laura Macdonald-Rumi, while Chef Costantino Guzzo will be serving traditional Piemontese fare, perfect for the fall days ahead.

This five course meal with wine pairings is a unique opportunity to learn and taste outstanding wines from one of Italy’s most famous winemaking regions. Taste Bordiga’s aperitivo, infused with botanicals hand-picked by mountaineers, underrated indigenous white wines, a rich Barolo and more…
