Italy is home to an extraordinary range of volcanic landscapes, each with its own distinct soils and expressions. On the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, in the volcanic hills of Soave, and along the terraces of Mount Etna, these vineyards produce wines that speak to the remarkable diversity of the land beneath them.
Paired with a seafood-focused menu, we’ll explore wines that are vibrant, saline, and unmistakably alive. The perfect way to welcome the first warm evenings of spring.
