Vinification

Fruit is destemmed, macerated a couple of days, all fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then aged in stainless steel for 18 months. Fined with gum arabic, cardboard filtration, cold stabilized.

Vineyard

Vineyards are located on the lower slopes of Mount Vesuvius volcano, inside a national park. 70YO ungrafted vines, 350m to 400m above sea level, South West Facing, on volcanic soil.
