La Pizzuta del Principe – Pecorello "Molarella" Val di Neto IGP

Grape: 100% Pecorello, an ancient Calabrian white grape prized for its freshness, aromatic intensity, and elegant structure.

Region: Calabria, Val di Neto IGP. Warm Mediterranean conditions tempered by coastal breezes allow the grapes to retain vibrant acidity and expressive aromatics.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow. Delicate aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle mineral notes. Fresh and lively with a silky texture, crisp acidity, and a persistent, mineral finish.

Vinification & Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve purity and freshness, followed by a short period on fine lees.

Ageing Potential: 3–5 years.

Food Pairing: Seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh pasta, light poultry dishes, and soft cheeses.

Fun Fact: Once nearly forgotten, Pecorello has become one of Calabria's most exciting native varieties thanks to producers dedicated to preserving the region's winemaking heritage.

Pedra Majore – I Graniti Vermentino di Gallura DOCG

Grape: 100% Vermentino, Sardinia's flagship white grape, renowned for its freshness, minerality, and Mediterranean character.

Region: Gallura, Sardinia. Granite soils and cooling sea breezes create wines of remarkable elegance, salinity, and aromatic complexity.

Carvinea – Lucerna Fiano Salento IGP

Grape: 100% Fiano, one of Southern Italy’s most expressive white grapes, known for its floral elegance, Mediterranean character, and ability to combine freshness with depth and texture.

Region: Salento IGP, Puglia. Grown in the warm Mediterranean climate of southern Puglia, where abundant sunshine, sea influences, and limestone-rich soils help create wines with aromatic intensity, freshness, and balance.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, pear, peach, and Mediterranean herbs. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with lively acidity, a subtle mineral character, and a smooth, lingering finish with hints of almond and tropical fruit.

Vinification & Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the grape’s aromatic purity and freshness. The wine rests on fine lees for added texture and complexity before bottling.
