Fermented in stainless steel with a short maceration of 4–6 days at around 26 °C to preserve freshness and avoid over-extraction, followed by maturation in steel tanks and bottling the spring after harvest.

The Grignolino grapes are sourced from estate vineyards in the hills of Agliano Terme, in the heart of Asti, Piedmont, where calcareous-clay soils and a temperate continental climate favour finesse and aromatic expression. The vines are guyot-trained and cultivated with a focus on low yields to enhance concentration and typicity.
