Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in colour. Fruity aromas reminiscent of wild apple and mint. The palate is fragrant, fresh and lively, light and dry.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft pressing of the clusters, temperature-controlled fermentation, maturation in stainless steel tanks.

Vineyard: From grapes grown on the sunny hills of the Valle dei Laghi, near the lake of Garda. The vineyards are about 50 km from Mezzocorona, and represent very diversified situations as to grounds and microclimates, with altitudes varying from 180 to 600m above sea level.
