Must-Try Aperitivo Cocktails with Bordiga

Aperitivo dates back to ancient Rome, where wealthy Romans enjoyed botanical wine and small bites before dinner. The word comes from the Latin "aperire", meaning "to open," a ritual meant to awaken the palate for the meal ahead. Today, aperitivo is more than just a drink, it's a moment to slow down, get together with friends and indulge in carefully crafted spirits and flavours.

Featured Products

Bordiga excels in crafting spirits using traditional, artisanal methods, such as handpicked botanicals from the pristine mountains of Piemonte. Their eco-friendly practices and local collaborations ensure every bottle reflects the region's rich biodiversity. Distilled in-house with a wood-fired alembic, Bordiga’s spirits capture centuries of craftsmanship and a deep respect for nature.
