This gin is still made using the original recipe which includes orange, lemon peel and four botanicals that are handpicked by regional licensed gatherers: juniper that grows wild in the Martime alps, angelica, cardamom and a secret one they will not share. The spirits are distilled in antique wood-fired copper still.
