Tasting Notes: Deep straw yellow, this charming white shows an aromatic nose of tropical fruit and white flowers. A balanced palate; dry with white spice, and a full finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation with selected yeasts with 2-3 months ageing in stainless steel followed by one month refining in bottle before release.

Vineyard: 18h in the Ciro DOC region with an elevation averaging 100m to 150m above sea level. The vines have south/south east exposure and are cultivated in espalier on the hinterland plains and hills, on argillaceous and sandy soil.
