Tasting Notes: Pale straw-colored with slight greenish reflections, brilliant. The bouquet is intense, wide, and persistent, with vegetal, floral notes of broom and fruity hints of peach. On the palate, it is warm, soft, and enveloping, with a long-lasting taste and olfactory persistence. It finishes with a fruity note of peach.

Ageing/Vinification: Through the use of stainless steel for vinification, the winery preserves the varietal's crisp acidity and vibrant aromas, ensuring that each bottle expresses the true essence of the land. This meticulous process results in wines that are both complex and approachable, offering an authentic taste of Sardinian terroir.

Vineyard: The winery is located in the heart of Gallura, along the “Via delle Conche,” just a few kilometers from the sea. It spans approximately 15 hectares of vineyard, all directly managed by in-house personnel, who are supported by experts from the Faculty of Agriculture of Sassari. Together, they conduct ongoing vineyard experiments. The winery specializes in Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Sardinia’s most prestigious white wine designation. The granite-rich soils of Gallura provide a unique minerality and structure to the grapes, which are meticulously cared for throughout the growing season.
