Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red fruits, roses, light spices, and also notes opening up in a warm tannic embrace. The palate is very fine, smooth and well-structured wine, with a perfect tannins maturity, never aggressive. Young and very promising for a great future.

Ageing/Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation takes place with emerged cap in stainless steel tanks and it lasts 14/15 days. This process takes place with controlled temperature and oxygenation. All the operations after the fermentation are made using nitrogen in order to protect the wine from oxygen, to preserve aromas and color and to limit the use of sulfites. After the malolactic fermentation, the ageing takes place in wood. Tonneaux are used: 500 Lt, French oak (60% new, 40% second passage) for 24 / 30 months.

Vineyard: Single vineyards located in Monvigliero cru in Verduno. Vines were planted in 1990, about 300m above sea level. South / south east exposure with clear and loose textured soils : they are formed by a set of fine sediments composed, clays, silt, fine sand, with large limestone components.
