Tasting Notes: Floral aromas with hints of jasmine. The palate is savoury with great acid.

Ageing/Vinification: White wine vinification with soft pressing. 5 to 8 days maceration on skin. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 150hl capacity. Aged in stainless steel with a few months in bottle before release.

Vineyard: Vineyards were planted in 1998 and are located in Licodia Eubea, about 500m above seal level on medium texture soil with a tendency to compact, interspersed with limy tufa.
