Tasting Notes: Boniperti’s top wine. Juicy and fresh medium-bodied red, showing notes of berries, rose petals, cinnamon, and black pepper.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel barrels, 20 day maceration. Malolactic fermentation in wood. Ages in large 21-hectoliter oval barrels for 20 months. No fining, coarse filtration prior to bottling. Once bottled, the wine ages for additional four months before release.

Vineyard: Fara is from a 1-acre vineyard he planted in 2006. Vines are 250m above sea level, south facing on clay soil
