Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour with hints of violet. Fruity, herbal aromas. The palate has a pleasant vibrancy.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and with maceration for 8/10 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, only using indigenous yeasts. Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks, and minimum 2 months in bottle.

Vineyard: South-West facing vines, 350m to 400m above sea level on calcareous soil.
