Tasting Notes: Ruby red with hints of purple. Aromas of violets, plums and cherries. The palate has balanced freshness and acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: handmade berries selection, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel with daily pumping over skins. Indigenous yeasts and soft pressing. Malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 months in stainless steel then in bottle for at least 3 months.

Vineyard: Vineyard is located in the town of Solopaca, Sheet 8, parcel 74+75+171, around 100m above sea level with east / west exposure and sandy soil.
