Tasting Notes: Deep and brilliant ruby ​​red color with reflections tending to purplish. Intense, penetrating, vinous aroma with hints of violet at times spicy. With a full, dry flavour, it is characterized by excellent persistence aromatic.

Ageing/Vinification: After crushing-destemming, they are vinified in fermentation vats, prolonging the contact between the skins and the must until a very rich colour is obtained intense and a full-bodied and moderately tannic wine. After the winter, the wine is stored in tanks in the ancient cellar where it will remain for at least one year before being bottled.

Vineyard: Estate vineyards located in the Municipality of Overturn it. Old plants between 30/45 years old on marly-calcareous soil and located in the highest part of the hill to the south.
