Tasting Notes: Ruby colour and an intense and generous aromatic character. Like a drumming sound, it delights the nose with notes of wild berries, damask rose, mint chocolate, fine spices of all progenies, then veers into memories of blond tobacco and liquorice powder. On the palate, it is more rounded and fascinating than impressive: it has a well-calibrated structure, with noble tannin and flashes of savoury minerality. It is enjoyable until the long epilogue, orchestrated on tones of citrus.

Ageing/Vinification: Maceration with the skins for 16 days. Aged in French oak for 9 Months, then in bottle for 6 months before release.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in the Carovigno∙Brindisi area, on tufaceous-calcareous soil.
