Tasting Notes: Beautiful ruby point, translucent. Without half-measures it detonates with aromas of cherry and wild strawberries, intense as usual the tones of resin and summer flowers and more bark, dark spices and a faint caress of vanilla aroma. In the mouth, it has class to spare: the attack is fresh and savoury, then it accelerates with silky tannin well dissolved in the graceful structure. Enviable precision of the olfactory references that animate a long persistence.

Ageing/Vinification: Maceration with the sins for 15 days. Aged in French barrique for 12 months.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in the Carovigno∙Brindisi area, on tufaceous-calcareous soil.
