Ageing/Vinification: White vinification without contact on the skins. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. aged in the bottle.

Vineyard: 38h of vines planted in 1990. Produced in the Anagni zone, about 265m above sea level. Total size is about 10h. Soil is clayey.
