Tasting Notes: Bright, lifted aromas of red berry, boxwood and spice. Sleek and fresh entry with juicy, fine acidity and mineral-driven tannins.

Ageing/Vinification: Once the grapes have been harvested at optimum ripeness, they are fermented and macerated in the winery with native yeasts. Finally, the wine is aged for a minimum of 18 months in foudres.

Vineyard: 3.5 ha of vineyards in the village of Barbaresco, official cru Ovello, and 1 ha in the village of Neive.
