Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Rich and persistent bubbles. Delicate notes of mountain fruit, wisteria, and lilac. Cave Mont Blanc represents 80 small, artisan, grower members, each too small to produce and bottle their own wine.

Ageing/Vinification: The base wine undergoes the first fermentation in large wood (larch-oak) and in stainless steel. Traditional refermentation in the bottle. Disgorgement not before 18 months.

Vineyard: Vineyards in the Communes of Morgex and La Salle, with an elevation between 900m and 1200m above sea level. Soil is of morainic origin.
