Tasting Notes: Medium ruby with notes of bright red fruit, wood spice and dried violet. The concentrated palate is rich and charming; firm tannic grip and a fresh finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Brief maceration in stainless steel with ageing 30% in old barriques for 8 months and the rest in cement tanks. One month refining before release.

Vineyard: 18h in the Ciro DOC region with an elevation averaging 100m to 150m above sea level. The vines have south/south east exposure and are cultivated in espalier on the hinterland plains and hills, on argillaceous and sandy soil.
